Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing views overlooking Lynton, with beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable rooms. There is plenty of room to relax in the two lounge rooms before heading out to explore the area. The service was superb, friendly, and very accommodating, making us feel catered for and relaxed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lynton, despite the steep and winding road to access it. The dining experience was lovely, featuring genuine and well-cooked meals, including homemade bread and jams. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is beautifully located with hilltop views across town and steps away from the cinema and restaurants. The rooms are very stylishly decorated in white and cream colors, well-appointed, and come with plenty of drink options. The dining experience offers wonderful locally sourced produce and homemade preserves. Onsite car park and close proximity to the famous cliff railway are added bonuses.
Arriving late in the evening, the hotel's spotless rooms with excellent breakfast made for a comfortable stay, although slightly cool due to a small radiator. The service was lovely, helpful, and informative, guiding us to the best local spots. The location, though high up with steep roads, was ideal for exploring the area and enjoying stunning views. Dining was superb with great choices. Facilities were impeccable.
